Bangkok hotels in Siam Square and Silom

With these two areas located in the heart of Bangkok, it will come as no surprise that the hotels listed here are ideally situated for those who’d like to shop while staying in Bangkok. The hotels situated in and around Siam Square are in a prime location to explore the chic and glamorous new Siam Paragon shopping mall, as well as the other nearby malls from the ultra-chic Gaysorn to the cavernous and bargain-filled MBK.

Silom Road has some of the city’s trendiest bars, clubs and restaurants, and some hotels to match. Also on Silom is the infamous Patpong red light district so you’ll be able to have a peek into the naughtier side of Bangkok should you feel that way inclined.

We’ve listed some hotels below to suit a range of budgets: there are a few good value boutique hotels in the area as well as some of Bangkok’s finest 5-star establishments. You can also click here to see the entire list of Bangkok hotels.

Budget Guide:
The prices quoted after each review refer to the minimum charge for a double room. Prices rarely differ according to season in Bangkok: although rates will vary according to superior and deluxe options. A single + beside the price indicates a deluxe room option, two ++ suggests suites are available and three +++ are reserved for ultimate luxury choices.
