Accompanied by an experienced guide this three day safari in Khao Yai national park takes you on several adventurous nature hikes across some of the environment’s greatest areas of unbeatable natural beauty. Possible wildlife spotting include among others: deer, gibbons, stump-tailed macaque, great hornbills, wild dogs and elephants. This World Heritage site is one of Thailand’s best loved parks with exceptional nature areas.

Itinerary:
Day 1: Travel to Khao Yai
After the two-hour drive to the national park the nature hike will start leading you through lush evergreen forests. Lunch will be prepared and served in the forest. After lunch the adventure continues with an educational visit to the park headquarter. After dinner the nightly drive through the park takes place giving you the option to spot various wildlife species. Located just outside the park is the comfortable where you’ll spend the night.
Day 2: Stay in nightlife watch tower and safari night drive
In the early morning there’s the walk to the wildlife watch tower offering some great bird-watching. After breakfast a full day guided nature hike takes you through some excellent eco systems and to stunning viewpoints. After this day’s hike another night drive may be an option. You’ll stay overnight in a hotel/resort situated just outside the national park.
Day 3: Nature trek
The final day will begin with a morning nature hike that focuses on the gibbons living in the park. You will leave very early to have the best chance observing these fascinating and acrobatic forest inhabitants at close range. After lunch you’ll leave the forest for the return to Bangkok.
